Deciding between Manual transactions and Account integration

Watch Video

In MoneyMinder, all banking can be accomplished through manual entry.  However, MoneyMinder does offer an account integration package for supported bank accounts, PayPal, Square, and Stripe if you would prefer to import transactions.

The Account Integration package is ideal for groups that handle a large volume of bank transactions each month. Connecting with your bank and fetching transactions so you can import them into MoneyMinder could be a great time-saving tool in this situation.

If your group needs to capture data from individual transactions from PayPal, Square, or Stripe the Account Integration package might be beneficial for you.  You would be able to pull individual transactions into MoneyMinder, assign budget categories, and if applicable, connect to a contact.

If you do not need individual transaction details (from PayPal, Square, or Stripe) and do not handle a large number of transactions each month, you may find manual entry to be sufficient.
