A couple of exceptions: the ability to e-file your tax forms is only available with paid accounts. And while you can't send send statements to users during the trial, you can send them to your administrator email to test the feature.

• Organization Name and Type

• Financial Year Start Date
• It's also helpful to have your EIN Number

To pay electronically, log into your account and click on Settings to find and pay your invoice via:

Yes. MoneyMinder FREE Edition helps you develop a budget and track the people that power your organization. You get access to our budgeting tool, set up a custom chart of accounts, create goals and forecast how different changes will impact you, in order to make informed financial decisions.

In order to input transactions or access other advanced features, you'll need a full MoneyMinder subscription.

All subscriptions (even free) start with a 30-day trial of the full edition - no credit card required. After the trial, you can choose to subscribe, otherwise you will be downgraded to the Free edition. If you would like to switch to Free before your trial ends, just contact us.

Account Integration is a timesaving feature for recording transactions faster and more accurately—making reconciling that much easier. But don't worry, you'll still have oversight into each transaction that gets imported.

There is a search box above that lets you check to see if your bank is one of the 12,000 banks we support. PayPal, Square, and Stripe can also be integrated. You may link as many supported accounts as you would like with this included feature.

Account integration uses stringent security, privacy and compliance with a read-only bank connection that allows the data to be accessed without exposing your funds to any risk.

For Venmo, you can use our easy, secure CSV file import to eliminate manual entry and reduce errors.

If your bank is not supported, we can accept a QFX, QBO or OFX file for import. We offer step-by-step instructions in our help center.

If you've been using another tool like Quickbooks Online or Desktop, it's a great idea to import your historical data to get started on the right foot.

For Quickbooks, we'll send you the specific criteria to include in your report and you can send it to us for upload.

If you'd like to import contact or other historical data, we'll send you a .csv template to fill in, and we'll upload it for you.

After your 30 day trial, MoneyMinder is billed annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not offer refunds on the annual subscription fee.
