Looking for a career change? Come work with us at MoneyMinder! We have an amazing staff that has been with us for many years, and a great mission: to help small, volunteer-based nonprofits create true impact in their communities.
MoneyMinder is built on a culture of people passionate about nonprofits. We deliver cloud-based software solutions to volunteer leaders around the globe with virtually based team members located throughout the US.
We are a highly collaborative team giving all members the opportunity to have a voice. And because we’re a small company, we are relatively flat, meaning we can really listen to our team and pivot quickly when needed. We work together toward a collective goal to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
We also promote learning and knowledge sharing, encouraging growth & developing hidden talents and skillsets. If we see an ember, we’ll likely want to nurture it.
While we work hard, we also know how to have fun. You can expect spontaneous activities and celebrations throughout the year that will help you get to know your teammates, and laugh. Really hard.
Of course, you can expect all of the typical stuff including: health insurance, health reimbursement account, retirement benefits, bonus program, paid time off, and holiday pay.
