Where is my MoneyMinder invoice?

You can find your invoice in the MoneyMinder app under Settings. Click “View & Pay” to be taken to your invoice, and then “Pay Online” to pay it.

What is ACH Direct Debit?

An electronic check, also known as an “eCheck” or “ACH Direct Debit”, is a cost-effective, digital version of a traditional paper check, where the funds are electronically transferred from the payer’s checking account to the payee’s account via ACH payment. Invoices for $199 or more can be paid using ACH Direct Debit.

What should I put for my email and name?

On the first payment screen, your name and email address will only be used to send you a receipt for your purchase. We will not share or sell this information. You can use your name, another representative of your group, or your group’s name here. 

What is needed to pay by ACH Direct Debit?

You must give explicit permission for the funds to be withdrawn from your bank account by providing your banking information. This is done via a secure online form, where the information is then submitted via payment gateway to transfer the money securely between the two banks involved. In short, you will need to:

• Select your financial institution
• Enter your login credentials
• Agree to the terms and conditions

Is it secure to pay by ACH Direct Debit?

ACH Direct Debit uses the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network which includes numerous security protocols such as encryption and authentication. Any financial login credentials that are shared with Stripe via the permissions you give are not shared with MoneyMinder. You can disconnect your bank account at any time at this link.

I’m getting errors or my bank can’t connect. What now?

If you are getting errors or cannot find your bank by entering the name in the search box, your bank may not be supported. Please go back to your invoice and choose the option to pay by credit card. Alternatively, you can mail a check to:

What are the fees to pay by ACH Direct Debit?

The processing fees for paying by ACH Direct Debit are 0.81% of the invoice total.

What are the fees to pay by Credit Card?

2.99% of the invoice total, plus $0.31.
