It is not clear when paying by e-check what information is needed in some of the fields; Are first and last name the name of the authorized signer on the checking account? Or the organization named on the account? For now we are just paying by paper check.

The authorized signer’s name or the organization’s name can be entered in those fields. If you can, paying by e-check is the quickest and least expensive way to pay. It costs less than the price of a stamp to mail a check.
