Create & Send Donor Acknowledgement Letters (in bulk)
Start by clicking on the Contacts icon in the toolbar:
Then select Bulk Download Donation Acknowledgements from the Tools dropdown menu if you wish to PRINT your letters.
Or choose Bulk Email Donation Acknowledgements from the Tools dropdown menu if you wish to EMAIL your letters.
If your Financial Year does not start on January 1, you may see a warning icon by the Calendar Year Selection Box:
Donation acknowledgements are gathered based on the Calendar Year which may span two different financial years in MoneyMinder.
In the bulk option, you can select any parameters you’d like to use to filter your donors. You can filter by date range, tags, or by a specific Obligation Template you have created.
Once you have your parameters selected, you can click select all or select individuals by checking the box next to the names you want to include
Click Edit Donation Acknowledgement Message:
When you are happy with the wording of the statement, click Save & Send (for email) or Save and Download PDF (for printing)
