Account access roles

There are a number of user roles you can assign to an individual who has access to your MoneyMinder account. Following are descriptions of the permission levels and their role names.

Administrator

The Administrator role has access to all features in MoneyMinder and can manage the account and users on the account.


Banking

The Banking role has access to view and edit bank accounts and enter transactions. This role also has access to all reports, contacts, and budget categories.


Contacts

The Contacts role has access to view and edit contacts, including adding fees and obligations to contact accounts. It also has read-only access to the rest of MoneyMinder.


Volunteer Organizer

The Volunteer Organizer role has access to view and edit contacts and enter their volunteer hours, but cannot adjust their fees & obligations. It also has read-only access to the rest of MoneyMinder.


Membership

The Membership role has access to view and edit contacts and edit membership dues. It also has read-only access to the rest of MoneyMinder.


Documents

The Documents role can upload documents, forms, images, etc. to the documents storage area in MoneyMinder. It also has read-only access to the rest of MoneyMinder.


Reporting

The Reporting role has read-only access to MoneyMinder and can run reports.

      Hi Jessica,

      All users can access documents as read-only. The Documents, Contacts, Banking, and Administrator roles can also upload documents.

    Can users be setup to only see certain bank accounts? We have a lot of different clubs, and they only need to see their own.

      Hi Brandon,

      Any user role that can see bank accounts can see all bank accounts. A possible solution would be to run the All Transactions by Category report and export that for each club so they can only see their transactions.
