One tool that we are impressed with is the Able2Exract PDF Converter. With a few clicks you can edit PDFs then convert to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other formats. Converting two pages took the length of time as a simple click.
Why It’s Great:
Able2Extract would make annual Homeowners Association Meetings much easier as you could share financial information without the passing out packets and flipping pages. By converting PDF financials to a Powerpoint presentation, you simply need a laptop and projector instead of printing out 100-plus paper copies. Essentially you save a ton of time and money. Alternately, if people want a hardcopy of financials, you can then email them the pdf.
