Apply payments to specific obligations

Want to know who’s paid for the camping trip—and who still owes? You can now apply payments to specific obligations and run a detailed report to see who’s paid—at a glance.

When recording a payment, apply it to the Activity Account AND the Obligation.

Run the Obligation Report and filter by obligation to see who’s paid and who still owes.
