System Requirements
Because our software is web-based all you need is an Internet connection. It is Mac and PC compatible and available on any device from smartphone to tablet to laptop. For best results we recommend using Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge.

Starting January 1, 2025, the price for MoneyMinder is $299. This package now includes:
- Account Integration — Our most popular add-on is now included in our main pricing package. This lets you connect your bank account(s), PayPal, Square, Stripe, and Venmo Personal Edition to MoneyMinder. (This was previously a $59 add-on).
- Reimbursement & Approvals — Review, approve and process reimbursement requests with our new workflow.
- Compliance Tracker — Keep track of important renewal dates such as your federal filings, state renewals and movie licenses.
- Asset Log — Who used the group's tablet or popcorn machine, and when can you expect it back? It's easy with our new tangible asset logging feature.
You can also expect more improvements in 2025, such as a new mobile app to make your volunteer work easier on-the-go.
All of these new capabilities and features amount to an increased price of $8 per month, per group.
