Customer Service Representative
Full-Time Opportunity

As a member of the Customer Service Team, you would help treasurers of volunteer-run nonprofits with their bookkeeping questions as they relate to their MoneyMinder subscription. These treasurers could be leaders of a school or parent group, a Homeowners Association, sports clubs, scout troops, advocacy or service group. You can expect to talk to customers via email, chat and scheduled support calls.

Typical software used to accomplish our tasks include Outlook, Teams, LiveChat, Keybase (internal chat), our CRM, and others. No experience with some of these? No problem. We can train you.

In addition, you can expect to have a voice in how MoneyMinder evolves, based on customer interactions and questions. You would play a key role in the project teams that are created to develop new features and improve existing features.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in customer service is helpful.

Remote Position: This is a work-from-home position with Pacific Time Zone hours. We can talk about equipment needs and how to create the most productive work environment for you upon request. Starting salary depends on experience, and can range from $22-$25/hr.
