Compliance Tracker
Keeping track of deadlines for the various aspects of nonprofit compliance can be a real challenge. It’s even worse when you have board turnover and nobody knows when to do what.
With the new Compliance Tracker from MoneyMinder, it’s about to get much easier. This tool will help you stay on top of important renewal dates for things like federal filings (i.e. 990-N or 990-EZ), state renewals, and even renewals that are unique to your group — such as your charity solicitation license or movie screening permit.
No more scrambling to remember when things are due — just enter your dates and let the tracker help.
Asset Logging
Do you ever find yourself wondering who borrowed the group’s tablet and never put it back where it belongs? Want to bring a little accountability the next time someone checks out something important, be it a credit card swiper or a fold-up table?
Our new Asset Logging feature lets you keep track of your group’s tangible assets with ease. Log every item and keep tabs on when it’s checked out, when it’s expected back, and when it is checked in.
This will help ensure your physical resources are always where you need them, when you need them. After all, your group used its hard-earned funds to buy the items, may as well take good care of their whereabouts.
Reimbursement Manager
Not last, since 2025 will bring many more exciting features and benefits; and certainly not least, since this has been a highly requested item from our customers, is our upcoming Reimbursement Manager.
Processing reimbursement requests can be time-consuming and involves shuffling of papers for many. But with the new Reimbursement Manager, it doesn’t have to be difficult. This simple workflow allows users to fill out a reimbursement form that you may then review, approve and process the reimbursement quickly and efficiently.
Say goodbye to tedious back-and-forth and streamline your approval process. Not only does it help keep your books in order, it ensures your members and volunteers get their money back in the most timely manner possible.

As someone who is Treasurer for four booster clubs, I am excited for all the improvements that have occurred with Money Minder to date. It really helps in the sense that many of us won’t have to reinvent the wheel but rather upgrade with the times. Keep the changes coming. Thank you!
