Which Form 990 Should We File?
Not sure which version of Form 990 you need to file? Here is a simple guide:
➤ 990-N (e-Postcard) — Gross receipts less than $50k
➤ 990-EZ — Gross receipts $50k and $200k; assets under $500k
➤ 990 — Gross receipts over $200k or assets over $500k
➤ 990-PF — Private foundations, regardless of income/assets
When is Our 990 Due Date?

What if We Need More Time?
You can file Form 8868 to get an automatic 6-month extension on the 990-EZ. Just be sure to submit this before your original due date.
