System Requirements

Because our software is web-based all you need is an Internet connection. It is Mac and PC compatible and available on any device from smartphone to tablet to laptop. For best results we recommend using Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge.

Did the price change?

Starting January 1, 2025, the price for MoneyMinder is $299. This package now includes:

  • Account Integration — Our most popular add-on is now included in our main pricing package. This lets you connect your bank account(s), PayPal, Square, Stripe, and Venmo Personal Edition to MoneyMinder. (This was previously a $59 add-on).
  • Reimbursement & Approvals — Review, approve and process reimbursement requests with our new workflow.
  • Compliance Tracker — Keep track of important renewal dates such as your federal filings, state renewals and movie licenses. 
  • Asset Log — Who used the group's tablet or popcorn machine, and when can you expect it back? It's easy with our new tangible asset logging feature.

You can also expect more improvements in 2025, such as a new mobile app to make your volunteer work easier on-the-go.

All of these new capabilities and features amount to an increased price of $8 per month, per group.

What if I don't use Bank & Account Integration?

The majority of our users find that the Account Integration feature is a great time-saver and helps to reduce errors as they enter transactions. However, we know that not every group wants to use this feature. And even though the tool connects to 12,000 banks, a small percentage of groups are unable to connect their bank. 

Unfortunately, we are not offering any compensation in the case that you don't or are unable to use Bank & Account Integration. We are simplifying our pricing model and we think you will be pleased with the new features that are coming.

What do I need to Sign Up?

No credit card is needed to start your trial. To get started with your 30-day trial, you'll need to have this information handy:

  • Email Address (this will become your login name)
  • Name and Position
  • Organization Name and Type
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Financial Year Start Date
Do I need to enter a credit card for the 30-day trial?

No. We do not require any form of payment to start your trial. If you want to continue using MoneyMinder after 30 days, we offer a few payment options. See the FAQ "How do I buy MoneyMinder?" for payment details.

How do I buy MoneyMinder?

The best way to get started is by signing up for a 30-day trial so that you can see MoneyMinder in action with your group's real data. Once you're ready, you can activate the paid version in MoneyMinder.

What payment options do I have?

To pay electronically, log into your account and click on Settings to find and pay your invoice via:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card
  • Direct Debit Authorization

To pay by check, please make your check payable to MoneyMinder for the Amount Due shown on your invoice and mail it to us.

What is included with a 30-day trial?

With a 30-day trial, you get access to all the features of MoneyMinder including Bank Integration.

Online Store, Tax Forms and Multi-Chapter Reporting are only available with paid accounts.

How do I activate an add-on?

All add-ons can be activated by contacting us using the links within the MoneyMinder platform. You may also connect directly with support (chat, email or phone) here.

What do I need to know about Bank & Account Integration?

Account Integration is a great timesaving feature for recording transactions faster and more accurately. It makes reconciling your account much easier. But don't worry, you'll still have oversight into each transaction that gets imported. 

There is a search box above that lets you check to see if your bank is one of the 12,000 banks we support. Paypal, Square, Stripe and Venmo Personal Edition can also be integrated. You may link as many supported accounts as you would like with this included feature.

Which browsers does MoneyMinder work with?

To ensure the best experience while using MoneyMinder, we recommend using one of the following browsers and their respective versions:

  • Google Chrome: Version 95 or greater
  • Mozilla Firefox: Version 91 or greater
  • Apple Safari: Version 16.6 or greater
  • Microsoft Edge: Version 18 or greater
